Refund Policy
Here's the short version: because every pack is an instant digital download, purchases are generally non-refundable once you've downloaded the file — but I never want you stuck with something that isn't right. If a pack isn't what you hoped, email me and I'll make it right.
If a file won't open, a page prints wrong, or a pack just isn't the fit you expected, email hi@printablebloom.com. A real person (hi, it's Emma) will help — I'll fix the file, swap it for another pack, or refund you. No hoops.
Why digital downloads are usually non-refundable
Once a PDF has been downloaded, it can't be "returned" — you already have the file. Like most digital shops, that means we can't offer refunds simply because of a change of mind after downloading. When you check out, you're agreeing that your download begins immediately.
When we will refund or replace
We'll happily sort you out in cases like these:
- The file is broken or won't open. We'll re-send it or fix it; if we can't, we'll refund.
- A page has a genuine error (a typo, a print problem, a missing page). Tell us and we'll correct and re-deliver.
- You were charged twice or bought the same pack by accident. We'll refund the duplicate.
- You bought the wrong pack and haven't downloaded it yet. Get in touch and we'll swap or refund it.

Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live. Some regions give extra rights for digital purchases; where those apply, we'll always honor them.
A note on the free pack
The free pack costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund — but if a free file won't open, email us and we'll fix it just the same.
Common questions
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Usually no — once you've downloaded a PDF you already have the file, so a change of mind after downloading isn't something I can refund. That's the rule, but it isn't the whole story: if something is genuinely wrong — a broken file, a real error on a page, a double charge, or a pack you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded — email me and I'll refund, replace or swap it.
What if the file won't open or won't print properly?
Email hi@printablebloom.com and tell me what's happening. Most of the time it's a quick fix — the PDF needs an up-to-date reader, or the print dialog is set to "fit to page" instead of 100%. If the file itself is broken, I'll fix it or re-send it, and if I can't, I'll refund you.
What if I bought the wrong pack?
Tell me before you download it and I'll swap it for the pack you meant, or refund it. If you've already downloaded it, get in touch anyway — I'd much rather help you find something that suits your child than leave you sitting on a pack you'll never print.
